Really, no joke! The Battery home is a beach house in Seasalter, which is a village on North Kent coast in UK. A BEACH HOUSE! I must confess seeing this home on Beach Bungalow8 made my day, it was always my dream to live on the beach or at least have a house on the beach and spend all my free time there. And the battery home might be the perfect image of that. Just imagine the view – you open the window and you see the ocean or a sea just so close to you! Totally relaxing feeling yet very inspiring! Some people say that for them looking at the fire, listening to the rain and so on are the best therapies, well for me seeing the infinity of the ocean makes me drown in and just forget about everything – only me and my creative mind!
Main color – turquoise blue. House on the beach – I can’t see another color for the home!

I featured this house a couple weeks ago too…I’m MADLY in love with it! The history is really cool too…it was built in the late 1800′s for the Royal Naval Reserve. They would practice by shooting their guns into the ocean. Later on it was used as a camp for kids. So neat!
I would so gladly move in there and leave all the cities aside! Mmmm pix!
