How adorable is this necklace? No doubt we’re all crazy about everything related to Paris, so this would be totally amazing as a gift to a friend (or yourself, ha!). Check out this shop on Etsy, they have other lovely pieces.

Hi all and happy Friday! Sorry for posting so late today, you know – busy Friday :). And while I was thinking what to post to make you happy I figured I would put together a few things we all love – vintage kitchenware, Etsy, good product photography and not least – owls! You do love them, right? Just recently I felt a huge and warm love for the pretty creatures (that I once considered frightening) and well, I found a shop that has it all: The gingham owl! That place is to die for! Not only the vintage items are swoon-worthy, but also on every picture you can see a different owl, not on sale – simply because they’re pretty cool:
I’m sure you all heard about Jill Rosenwald and her fabulous collection of pottery, but I just needed to add my two cents. A few weeks back I posted on creamylife Facebook page their chevron vase and couldn’t take it off of my mind ever since. So today imagine how pleased I was to find many more pretty designs which have my name all over them, I could have them all in my life and not feeling overwhelmed at all! Not only Jill does art pottery, she also has announced new rug collection, bedding, wall decor and everything your home might need for a fresh and modern change.
Hello all! I’ve been thinking lately that I didn’t show some Etsy love here on creamylife, but this doesn’t mean that I stopped checking regularly Etsy shops, being inspired by the lovely handmade items and amazed by the huge talents out there. So now is the perfect moment to do it, even more because the owner of an adorable shop contacted me and kindly suggested that I take a look at her Etsy wonderland, Floreal shop. Ruchi does pretty jewelry from polymer clay, mixing and matching colors and shapes to create as she says “wearable art”. Although Ruchi is not a professional jeweler, she designs fabulous earrings, necklaces, brooches and more which are so much fun, but what’s the most important her jewelry is looking amazing (and she has couple necklaces that are PERFECT for fall wardrobe, you’ll see below)!
If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, you already know that I have a major crush on all things vintage – from furniture to books to paintings and so on. That being said, I figured I didn’t post long time about my obsession, so now I’m just ready to spread some vintage love here. Good thing Etsy is always here to help. Well, actually I got help from a particular shop on Etsy called Post road vintage. Seeing the pretty vintage jars, rustic hooks and adorable milk bottles made me gasp and a feeling of excitement embraced me. Does it happen to you when you’re so excited to see something that you almost can breathe and actually you can hardly focus to see it?! Well, it happens to me quite often. Here are my picks, visit the shop to see more.
Hi, my dearest friends! Happy Friday to all! I can’t believe it’s almost weekend, this week flew by without me noticing it! However, I’m really excited for the weekend and look forward finally seeing my husband today, spending time with ALL the family, having long brunches and just good time! What are your plans for the weekend? Wherever you are, I hope your week was productive and you’ll have a weekend worth it! Oh and if wherever you are it’s the same HOT, killing weather, stay cool, better near some pool/river/lake and enjoy the breezy moments and the sun slightly kissing your cheeks! I’m leaving you with the warm and soft photography of Etsy seller Simply Hue (quite sure I don’t need to introduce her to you). Enjoy and have an absolutely delightful weekend!
Do you remember when I blogged earlier this week about terrariums? Well Sandy thought a terrarium will be a great birthday present for her husband and she decided to assemble a terrarium by herself which made me very happy (after all she found inspiration on creamylife!). Well, now I thought I can give Sandy a little help and introduce her and you all to this Etsy shop: Tortoise loves donkey. It’s full of mini-terrariums, plants and different glass containers: vintage & apothecary and everything there is so tiny & cute that I couldn’t help but show them to you. Just take a look and convince yourself:
I bet Wren & Chickadee shop sounds familiar to you, as the owner behind it is the amazingly inspiring and lovely Ez from Creature Comforts! The shop was re-launched last week and it’s now full of beautiful prints that are pure delight for one’s eye! I couldn’t miss sharing them with you, so here I am, with some of my favorites (I tried hard to narrow them haha!). Stop by Ez’s Etsy shop, I promise you won’t regret!
P.S. Ez is now offering free shipping on domestic and Canadian orders + lower shipping rates for international orders – really?! ‘Run’ to the shop immediately!
Vector Cloud shop is the featured Etsy seller these days. Amelia, the lady behind the shop lives in New York with husband and new born baby and likes to create things from wood. She’s cutting with the laser the wood making beautiful necklace pendants, earrings, brooches and more. Now let me tell how I stumbled upon Amelia’s work: some days ago, Emily from Sassy Smolak blogged about a wooden retro TV brooch, where you can change the picture and I thought ‘how cool is that!’. Today when I went to Etsy I saw Vector Cloud is the featured seller, so I checked the other items from the shop. Now I’ll share with you the things I liked the most!
Let’s do some virtual shopping now, shall we? I’m taking you now to Edinburgh, UK to visit a lovely shop full of handmade crocheted, knitted, embroidered vintage accessories, such as granny rugs, cushions, pincushions, garlands and more! Oh, please meet the owner of this sweet shop, Emma Lamb! She’s an avid lover of two things: vintage & retro style and crochet, knit, embroidery, so she had the fabulous idea of combining her passions and now she’s doing what she likes the most and selling them or better said sharing them with the other people. Besides her shop, Emma can be found on her blog, Flickr and Pinterest. Speaking of Pinterest: when preparing my pinboard about what home means to me (remember that I’m a part of Pin it forward, right?) I could fill my board only with the cozy items from Emma’s shop, they look so comfortable and so home-y! Now let’s take a look at the beautiful items from Emma’s shop:
