It’s Friday, my dears and this means only one thing: weekend is just a few hours away! Oh, sounds so sweet. For today’s post I decided to treat you with something new, but not less delicious than the other posts. I always find myself staring at pictures fashion-meets-decor style, so today in honor of my love for colors plus my mood for everything feminine and fashion I put together this black and white post inspired by the juxtaposition of the two very powerful and beyond amazing industries: fashion and interior design. Enjoy this post, I’ll be back later with a lovely post for a happy weekend!
Emerson Made clothing line
I know I already blogged about the genius couple behind Emerson Made. Back in April I wrote about their hand stitched flower pins, clutches and all that prettiness. Things have changed, Emerson Made is all grown-up now with their own clothing line! Hello! Does it ever happen to you that you want ABSOLUTELY everything from a shop? (I know it does!). Well, you’re right, I found my dream shop, where everything fits me like a glove, the colors and styles suit my personality just perfect and more and more like this! I’m in love, people! Please someone buy me everything Emerson Made branded! I’ll make you, um, pancakes? :)
Enchanting glow {and happy weekend}
Hello, my loves! Merry Christmas to all my readers from Serbia and nearby countries (yes, we celebrate Christmas today!). How was your week? Although I have an extra day off today, it’s definitely not work-free=stress-free, I’m very nervous due to certain events in my life and commitments I signed up for, without even knowing what did I get myself into :). I’m just kidding, exciting things are happening in my life right now and I’m very thrilled. If only the weather would work for me, I’m SO dreaming about warm and sunny days, you can’t imagine! These shots for Brides Magazine are right up my alley and are exactly what I want now!
Serbian Made: Photographer Miloš Nadaždin
Well, good morning, sweets! Hope you had a lovely Christmas (if you celebrated it) or a great weekend. I’m here with a Serbian Made feature and am ready to introduce you to a huge talent born and living in Serbia: please meet Miloš Nadaždin, photographer who captures far above what your eye can see! He’s a fashion & beauty photographer and the very first instant I saw Miloš’s work I was smitten by those unique and gorgeous pictures! He shoots vintage scenes, sexy and sophisticated ones, relaxed and beach-y scenes and much, much more! I know Miloš Nadaždin is a favorite of many people around here and I definitely understand why – his work is beyond inspiring!
Happy Weekend
I don’t know how about you, but I’m seriously dying to have snow and winter holidays and all this bliss! Maybe it’s because I’ve seen too much winter wonderland shots lately or because the weather smells like winter not only in the morning, but all day…Nonetheless, I’m officially in a winter magic mood and these pictures are too stunning to be ignored.
Happy weekend, friends!
Anthropologie Europe {November catalogue}
I was completely amazed by this month’s Anthropologie Europe catalogue! A winter wonderland as Anthro says, with plenty of cozy knitted sweaters and cardigans, with rich hues and cold tones, just perfect for a winter to keep you warm. Both clothing and home lines in the catalogue are blissful and just make me want to jump in and live on its pages! Anthropologie always does stunning with styling their catalogues, but this time was something outstanding and magical, I literally gasped when I saw the cover! Without further ado, here a some pictures:
Exciting Announcement!!!
Hello, friends! How have you been? It’s Thursday and I’m so happy to be so close to the weekend! This week has been hectic over here, I’ve been working on a new project the idea of which came to my mind long time ago, I was so excited about it that I wanted to accomplish it as soon as possible!
So ladies and gents, please meet my new ‘baby’:
Yay, so excited! I founded The Sartorialist for Belgrade, sort of :). It’s unbelievable how many people are lusting after a street style site here yet nobody seems to have time to just do it. Well, I’m the one – Belgrade street style is on its way! I was waiting for a new camera to start this site and since my awesome husband bought it for me a few days ago, we immediately started working on the site (which will be up very soon!), business cards are ready to be printed and I’m already on the hunt for stylish people on the street to shoot them :).
I must say a huge ‘thank you’ to my husband for his immense support and help, I wouldn’t be able to do this without him! I love you, my darling!
While the site is still under construction, feel free to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter, for even more eye-candy, fresh ideas and outfits!
Don’t be worried, friends, creamylife will still be updated every day, so no changes here :)
Style board: October ’10
And here we are in the month of October. It’s still unknown for me where did September go (not to mention the whole nine months of 2010!). This new month brings a new fashion board or how I say an outfit which would rock my world in October. And if you’re curious to know, the weather here has been chilly, rainy and cloudy for a month already and as much as I’m hoping for another warm day or two, I need to face it bravely, fall is (more than) officially settled down here! Sigh…

Skinny jeans are a must these days, you know? I wouldn’t change them for anything! And then this sweater smiled right at me, with that pretty oversized flower. On a rainy day, the key to staying dry are waterproof boots (like this black and gray Burberry pair) and a coat, which happens to be quite amazing! Another must is the bag (and not only on rainy days, but always!). I know this outfit may seem boring and dull, so that’s why a good way of cheering things up are a colorful scarf and a flirty umbrella (how cute are those hearts?). As long as I stay warm and dry, I don’t care too much that I have plenty of black and gray on me, which actually can look very stylish, right?
What will you wear in October?
News+Monthly style board+Serbian made
Good Monday morning! Yesterday on Twitter I realized that it’s almost end of September and I still didn’t put together my monthly fashion board! Also, today is Monday, so traditionally we should have on creamylife a Serbian Made post! Plus I have some news to share with you! Today’s post is 3 in 1 and I think this is a pretty good deal! So, my exciting news: last week perhaps you already heard that I’m a columnist on the newly launched fashion and lifestyle online Serbian magazine Wannabe Magazine, writing about my love for interior design and beautiful spaces. You can read my posts there twice a month. Some days ago, they had a post about Belgrade street style, so now instead of creating a style board, I’ll post pictures of how people here get dressed on a September day as seen in the downtown. And this will do the trick for my Serbian made category, right?
Style board: August ’10
Hello everyone! Without noticing it, it’s already August and I got myself thinking where does the time fly? I can hardly believe that seven months of this year are gone. Do you feel the same? On another note, with a new month I have a new monthly style board and this is what would rock my life in August:
As you can see, warm tones are working for me now, light fabrics and airy colors – a little help to resist this heat which is literally killing me! The Doll blouse looks very flirty and feminine, the bow shorts are perfectly completing my flirty style, don’t you think? Now thinking that I love to walk, the flats are a must and even more if they’re this stylish! The Michael Kors bag adds its casual touch and let’s not forget how much use of are big bags! If you think I’m missing some glamor, you’re wrong, the golden earrings are simple, but so gorgeous! What is a summer fashionista without sunglasses? These Miu Miu shades stole my heart – they’d live so happy with me! And the final touches are the lipstick of a soft peach color and Chanel Particuliere nail polish (to be straight, I adore this color!).
What would be your style board this month?
