It’s Friday, loves! Can we get a huge YAY? How have you been? I know I have neglected you all and that makes me feel terribly bad, I promise! If only the day would have more hours, so I can manage to do everything. As long as this isn’t possible will need to deal with what I have: lots of work, not much time for chatting with you and blogging. Oh boy, saying it this way makes me SO sad :(. I’d really love to spend more time online. Ok, so to make things brighter, let me show you Cath Kidston‘s colorful collection of houseware which is absolutely adorable! Everything looks very modern, some items are very shabby chic which made me love them even more. Cath Kidston is based in London, running her pretty shop ever since 1993! Take a look:

Happy weekend…

Just as I said in my previous post, I popped by again to wish you all a lovely weekend, with a pretty post which I hope you’ll love. I figured that we all love balloons. All of us, no exception! And so I put together a small collection of balloon-y pictures which are cheerful, airy, dreamy and all in all beautiful pictures. Color your front door

We live in a time when non-conformism is a way to go through life and interior design is a great proof! If you were used to brown furniture, white ceilings and dark front doors, you may want to revise your standards and admit that this is in our past and nowadays we’re seeing things so much wider and in colors! Speaking about colors, did you notice a design tendency to paint your front door in bright colors such as reds, yellows and blues? I did! It looks fantastic, it’s basically creating a cheery atmosphere for the home from outside! I’ve heard people prefer yellow front doors, wanting probably to bring the sunshine in, but I do like how other colors look too. So in case you’d like to make your front door to be a colorful spot – I’m with you! And I found some nice examples for you:

Drake Design

Good morning, lovelies and happy Friday! Yesterday when preparing this blog post I had a moment of gasp. I couldn’t choose pictures as they were too beautiful all (!) of them! And when I finally decided about the ones I need, I had in my folder around 20 images! Hello! As much as this blog is mine and I can do whatever want, 20 images were way too many! I’m talking about the designs of Jamie Drake. Have you ever checked his portfolio?! Stunning! His work is based on bold colors, modern yet inviting designs, mix of styles and let me say: the pictures of his designs are emanating professionalism, freshness and sense of beauty! It was the second time when I could barely speak and describe my feelings for Drake designs (the first time happened when checking Tobi Fairley‘s portfolio). Jamie Drake has a real talent, an eye for beautiful spaces and oh well, he’s my idol! Please take a look at the pictures:
